Self Catering Costa Del Sol Apartment
Our Apartment at Las Salinas has 3 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms we absolutely love it and hope
you will enjoy staying here as much as we do.
It's location is right in the middle of the Costa Del Sol area known as the New Golden Mile our local beach is called "Heaven" need we say more
Costa Del Golf
The apartment is situated in the middle of what is recognised as Europe’s Golf Capital, for more details of just some of the fantastic courses all within a short drive of the apartment please see the Local Info Page where we have listed contact details and links to the golf course's own web page.
Lounge / Dining Area
The lounge and dining area can be found between the kitchen and the balcony, with cosy suite and chairs and a more formal dining area, this space is the perfect place to unwind at night.
Flat screen TV with Sky (Free Sky channels are provided) DVD player, Xbox 360 and an IPOD docking station makes this a home from home. (There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom)
In the lounge are some paintings from a local Costa Del Sol (Marbella) artist, you will find some of his work in the master bedroom.
Kitchen and Utility Room
This is a self catering apartment so to the left as you enter is a fully equipped kitchen.
Fridge Freezer, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher and all cooking utensils and crockery are provided.
There is a separate utility room at the end of the kitchen with a washing machine (this is a dryer also) and separate sink.
An ironing board and Iron are also provided.
Balcony
The balcony is massive! It can be reached from the lounge or Master Suite, with views over two of the five swimming pools on site and out to the Mediterranean.
What better way to relax than with a glass of wine as the sun slowly sets over Gibraltar in the distance.
The balcony has a second dining table and chairs for Al Fresco dining and two sun loungers.
Outside lights provide a cosy atmosphere once the sun has gone down.
Swimming Pools
These are two of the four outside pools (a deep one and a shallow one) there are another two to the south side of the apartment.
There is also an indoor heated pool on site next to a gym, sauna and jacuzzi.
Local Shops
Deli Bermejo
This Cafe/Bar come Deli which is part of the complex not only sells amazing hot and cold food and cakes to eat in or take away it also boasts an extensive wine list.
There are regular Barbecue nights and televised sport and music on a wide screen TV, It has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere and is open till late most nights.
Deli Bermejo also offers free WiFi access
There is a taxi rank right next to Deli Bermejo.
Vince's English Supermarket
A new supermarket has just opened for 2009 which is also part of the Salinas complex ,
